Ana Reyes is a Transaction Manager and licensed real estate agent with the Queens Home Team at Keller Williams Realty Landmark II. As a transaction manager for the team, Ana is responsible for ensuring that every customer and client that the team works with receives the superior level of service they deserve from contract, all the way to the closing table. Ana understands that buying & selling real estate is one of the most significant decisions people ever make and as a result, she takes her role very seriously. If you ever have a chance to meet Ana, the first thing you’ll notice is that she is very friendly and hard working. Ana has experience with all types of real estate in Queens, and as a transaction manager, her speciality is in contract to close phase. All of Ana’s clientele are home buyers and sellers that are working with one of the Queens Home Team sales agents. The way it works is that when one of our agents has a deal go into contract, Ana takes over the file and pushes it through to closing. As for areas, Ana has transacted over 100 real estate deals all in Queens county so she is familiar with the borough and understands what is required in order close deals smoothly and quickly.

Ana entered the real estate industry in November, 2013 after working with the NYC Early Intervention Program for 4 years as an Administrative Assistant. As Administrative Assistant, Ana was responsible for organizing meetings, creating & updating client files, maintaining start/end dates between for Therapists, and much more. Prior to joining the Queens Home Team, Ana worked for Keller Williams Realty Landmark II as a Director of First Impressions. As Director of First Impressions, Ana was responsible for managing the front desk operations, greeting agents & clients, and handling all incoming calls. Ana would also assist the Team Leader in his recruiting efforts and in building systems to improve office efficiency. This past work experience has benefited Ana’s clients tremendously because she has been able to create several systems that help streamline the process for buyers and sellers. She also continues to treat everyone she meets with warmth and friendliness because that’s the QHT way 🙂
Ana has earned a formal diploma from Richard R Green High School. In addition to this, Ana makes sure to attend weekly trainings, keep up with local real estate news, and monitor economic conditions in order to keep up with the ever changing real estate industry. This collection of knowledge and experience allows Ana to provide a great buying and selling experience for her clients.

Ana has managed all types of transactions ranging from Coop, Condos, Single Families, Multi Families, Vacant Land, and even Commercial properties. Interests & Hobbies
Ana loves to binge watch shows with her husband, listen to music, and eat delicious food with her Family. When she’s not manning the fort at QHT headquarters, you can probably catch her in her house with the kiddos… Or in Target 🙂
