Having successfully managed over 200 transactions — all within Queens — Ana has an in-depth understanding of the borough and what it takes to close deals quickly and smoothly.
Work History
Ana entered the real estate industry in November 2013 after spending four years with the NYC Early Intervention Program as an Administrative Assistant. There, she developed strong organizational systems, managed detailed client files, and coordinated schedules — skills that became the foundation of her real estate career.
Before joining the Queens Home Team, Ana served as Director of First Impressions at Keller Williams Realty Landmark II, where she managed front desk operations, greeted clients and agents, handled incoming calls, assisted with recruiting, and helped build systems to improve office efficiency. This background allows Ana to create streamlined processes that benefit both clients and agents every day — all while treating everyone she meets with warmth and professionalism (the QHT way!).
Education and Ongoing Learning
Ana earned her diploma from Richard R. Green High School and is committed to continuous learning. She attends weekly trainings, stays current on local real estate trends, and closely follows economic conditions to remain sharp in an ever-changing market. This dedication allows her to deliver a consistently high-level experience for every client.
