Work History
Karma entered the real estate industry in 2015 after working in the restaurant industry for over 2 years. As server, runner, and cashier, Karma was responsible for ensuring that all customers were attended to and serviced in a timely and effective manner. This past work experience has translated well to real estate because Karma loves meeting new people, helping them achieve their goals, and easily gets along with just about anyone.
Karma has lived in Queens since 2013 and absolutely loves the borough! His knowledge of the area has benefited his clients tremendously because he is very familiar with the neighborhoods as well as various subsections in Queens.
Education
Karma earned a high school diploma while he was living in Nepal. Upon graduating, he moved to the United States in order to pursue the American dream. In addition to his primary education, Karma also makes sure to attend weekly trainings, listen to podcasts, read books, keep up with local real estate news, and monitor economic conditions in order to keep up with the ever changing real estate industry. This collection of knowledge and experience allows Karma to provide a customized and well guided experience for his clients.
