Queens Home Team (QHT) is a group of local real estate professionals on a mission to make buying and selling in Queens a lot less stressful and a lot more human. Based right here in Queens, we help our clients navigate everything from co-ops to condos, 1-3 family homes, mixed use buildings, multi-family buildings, and land use/development sites. QHT was started by the husband-and-wife duo George & Abigail Herrera along with one of their best friends, Chris Tomeo. Three like-minded people who got their real estate license at the same time (2010), turned their love for Queens and their passion for helping people into a thriving real estate business. What began as three agents hustling to help as many families as possible, has grown into one of Queens’ and New York City’s most trusted and reputable real estate teams.
Over the years, George, Abi and Chris have built a group of agents who share their values, love for learning, and service driven approach. Whether its helping buyers find the right property or guiding sellers through the complex selling process in NYC, QHT is all about coming from contribution, never being tied to the outcome, and providing people with all of the information they need to make well informed decisions 🙂
